TCA advises Agroempresa Colón on update of issuance programme
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised Agroempresa Colón in the update of the global programme for the issuance of simple negotiable notes (not convertible into shares) for up to V/N USD $19,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies and/or units of value).
The National Securities Commission (CNV) authorised the update of this programme on 14 November 2023.
Agroempresa Colón is a family business with 40 years of experience specialising in the marketing of agricultural inputs and fertilisers of the most recognised brands as well as in the sale and brokerage of hybrid and forage seeds.
