TCA advises ALZ Nutrientes on new Notes issue
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised ALZ Nutrientes, as issuer, as well as the arrangers and underwriters in the issuance of the SME CNV Guaranteed Series II Class II Notes for a par value of US$1,500,000.
The SME CNV Guaranteed Series II Class II Notes were issued on 18 June, at an interest rate of 1.48% per annum, denominated in US dollars, subscribed, integrated and payable in pesos, maturing on 18 June 2026.
Macro Securities, Banco Supervielle, Banco CMF, Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Banco Comafi, and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires acted as arrangers and underwriters. The Notes are guaranteed by Banco Macro, Banco Supervielle, Banco CMF, Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Banco Comafi and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires in their capacity as Guarantee Entities authorised by the CNV.
ALZ Nutrientes is a company that stands out in both animal and plant nutrition. In animal nutrition, it manufactures products for cattle feed in the form of liquid diets and wet presentations in microsilos, while in plant nutrition it markets its own and third-party products. In this way, the company is a leader in the sale of biostimulants in Argentina.
