TCA advises on first issue of Estancia el Azul
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised Estancia el Azul, as issuer, and the arrangers and underwriters, in the issuance of the Series I Class II Secured SME CNV Notes.
The Series I Class II Notes were issued on 4 August for a par value of US$ 1,600,000, at a cut-off price of 113% of par value and a rate of 0%, denominated in US dollars, subscribed, integrated and payable in pesos, maturing on 4 August 2026.
The Series I Class II Notes are guaranteed by Banco Macro, Banco Comafi and Banco Supervielle as Guarantee Entities authorised by the CNV.
Macro Securities, Banco Comafi and Banco Supervielle acted as arrangers and underwriters, and Comafi Bursátil as underwriter.
Estancia el Azul is an agricultural and livestock company with production in the north of the country, which markets its products to well-known brands both nationally and internationally, mainly in neighbouring countries.
