TCA advises on Ricardo Venturino’s Series III Notes issue

Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised Ricardo Venturino, as issuer and the arrangers and underwriters, in the issuance of the Series III Class I Notes for a par value of US$ 1,050,000 and the Series III Class II Notes for a par value of US$ 3,750,000.

The Class I Notes were issued at a cut-off price of 119.01% of par value and a rate of 0.00%, denominated in US dollars, subscribed, integrated and payable in pesos, maturing on 7 September 2025; and the Class II Notes for a par value of US$ 3,750,000, at a cut-off price of 111.75% of par value and a rate of 2.00%, denominated in US dollars, subscribed, integrated and payable in pesos, maturing on 7 September 2026.

Macro Securities, Banco Comafi, Banco Supervielle, Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires acted as arrangers and underwriters.

The Notes were issued on 7 September 2023. The Notes are guaranteed by Banco Macro, Banco Comafi, Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires and Banco Supervielle as Guarantee Entities authorised by the CNV.

Ricardo Venturino is an official dealer of John Deere Industries Argentina, whose main objective is the wholesale of new John Deere agricultural machinery, the sale of used multi-brand machinery received in part payment for new units sold, the sale of official John Deere spare parts and the sale of workshop services.
