TCA and Beccar Varela counsel on Refi Pampa’s $15m Notes issuance
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised Refi Pampa, and Beccar Varela the arrangers and underwriters, in the placement and issuance of Class III Series B Notes for a par value of US $15,000,000.
The Notes were issued at an annual nominal rate of 3%, maturing on 6 December 2025. The Notes are denominated in US Dollars, but the integration and payments under the Notes are made in Pesos.
The issuance was made on 6 December 2022, under the framework of the Global Bond Issuance Programme for a maximum outstanding amount of up to US $50,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies and/or units of value).
Banco BBVA Argentina, Banco Comafi, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, and Macro Securities acted as arrangers and underwriters.
Refi Pampa is an Argentinean producer of high-quality liquid fuels and derivatives.
