TCA and Bruchou act in first issuance of Minera Exar
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados acted as counsel to Minera Exar, and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja acted as counsel to the underwriters in the issuance of the Class I Notes for a par value of USD $50,000,000.
The Notes were issued at a rate of 8.00%, denominated and payable in US dollars in Argentina and mature on 11 November 2027.
Banco Santander Argentina, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina), Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco BBVA Argentina, Macro Securities, Banco Mariva, Banco Supervielle, Balanz Capital Valores, Puente Hnos, Allaria, Invertironline, TPCG Valores, Global Valores, Max Capital, Neix, Banco Comafi and Cohen acted as underwriters.
The Notes have been authorised for listing on MAE and BYMA.
EXAR is an Argentine company dedicated to the development and production of lithium carbonate in the Salar Cauchari-Olaroz, where the ‘Cauchari-Olaroz Plant’ is located, in the province of Jujuy, Argentina. The company is in the start-up phase and has the installed capacity to reach a production of 40,000 tonnes per year of battery grade lithium carbonate.
