TCA and Bruchou act in new issue of Oiltanking Ebytem Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados acted as counsel to Oiltanking Ebytem, as issuer, and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised the underwriters, in the placement of the Series III Notes for a nominal value of USD $35,529,895.
The Series III Notes were issued at a rate of 7.00% denominated and payable in US dollars in Argentina and mature on 01 November 2028.
Banco Galicia, Banco Santander Argentina, Balanz Capital Valores, Banco Comafi, Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Banco Patagonia, Puente Hnos and Banco Supervielle acted as underwriters.
Oiltanking stands out as one of the leading companies in the provision of hydrocarbon services in Argentina, including the reception, storage and pumping of crude oil.
