TCA and Bruchou act on new issue of Oiltanking Notes

Tanoira Cassagne Abogados acted as counsel to Oiltanking Ebytem, and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised the underwriters, in the placement of the Additional Series I Notes and the Additional Series II Notes.

The Additional Series I Notes were placed for a nominal amount of US$ 3,862,222, additional to the Series I Notes originally issued by Oiltanking on 3 March 2023, at a 0% rate denominated in US Dollars and payable in Pesos at the Applicable Exchange Rate maturing on 3 March 2026.

Additional Series II Notes for a nominal amount of US$13,892,221, additional to the Series II Notes originally issued by Oiltanking on 24 April 2024, at a rate of 7.00%, denominated and payable in US Dollars and maturing on 24 April 2027.

Banco Galicia, Banco Santander Argentina, Balanz Capital Valores, Banco Patagonia, Banco Comafi, Macro Securities, Invertir en Bolsa and Max Capital acted as underwriters.

Oiltanking stands out as one of the leading companies in the provision of hydrocarbon services in Argentina, including the receipt, storage and pumping of crude oil.
