TCA and Bruchou advise in first issuance of Minera Exar Notes

Tanoira Cassagne Abogados advised Minera Exar, and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised the underwriters, in the issuance of the Class I Notes for a nominal amount of US$50,000,000 at a rate of 8.00% denominated and payable in US dollars in Argentina maturing on November 11, 2027.

The Notes have been authorised for listing on MAE and BYMA.

Banco Santander Argentina, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina), Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco BBVA Argentina, Macro Securities, Banco Mariva, Banco Supervielle, Balanz Capital Valores, Puente Hnos, Allaria, Invertironline, TPCG Valores, Global Valores, Max Capital, Neix, Banco Comafi and Cohen acted as underwriters.

EXAR is an Argentinean company dedicated to the development and production of lithium carbonate in the Salar Cauchari-Olaroz, where the ‘Cauchari-Olaroz Plant’ is located, in the province of Jujuy, Argentina. The company is in the start-up phase and has the installed capacity to reach a production of 40,000 tons per year of battery grade lithium carbonate.
