TCA and Bruchou advise on first issue of Oiltanking Notes

Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has counselled Oiltanking Ebytem, and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has counselled the underwriters, in the placement of the Series I Notes.

The Notes were issued for a nominal amount of US$50,000,000 at a 0.00% rate denominated in US dollars and payable in pesos at the applicable exchange rate, maturing 36 months from the date of issue and settlement.

The advisory involved the creation, by the company, of its Global Programme for the issuance of simple Negotiable Obligations (not convertible into shares) for up to V/N U$S 200,000,000,000 outstanding at any time (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value), whose authorisation was granted by the Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV) on February 8, 2023.

Banco Galicia, Banco Santander Argentina, Balanz Capital Valores, Banco Provincia and Banco Nación acted as underwriters.

Oiltanking is a company providing transportation services in the hydrocarbon sector in Argentina.
