TCA and Bruchou in first issue of Notes by Sidersa

Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised Sidersa and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised the arrangers and underwriters, in the first issue of Class I Notes for a nominal value of USD $27,636,229.

The Class I Notes were issued at a rate of 6.50% denominated and payable in US dollars in Argentina and mature on 9 December 2026.

The Class I Notes have also been authorised for listing on MAE and BYMA.

Macro Securities, Puente Hnos and Banco Santander Argentina, acted as arrangers and underwriters; and First Capital Markets and Balanz Capital Valores as underwriters.

Sidersa is an Argentinean company that has been in business for more than 70 years, supplying more than 2,000 customers from its industrial complex in San Nicolás, Province of Buenos Aires. It also contributes to the generation of solar energy through its wind farms located in the town of Ullum, in the Province of San Juan, which produce seven times more electricity than the company consumes. Sidersa recovers, normalises, cuts and irons iron sheets, profiles, shapes tubes, strips, pantograph cuts, shot blasting and profile cutting in general, including any type of industrial process on flat and non-flat steel laminates.
