TCA and Bruchou in new issue of Oiltanking Ebytem Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised Oiltanking Ebytem, and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised the underwriters, in the placement of the Series II Notes for a nominal value of US$32,947,113.
The Notes were issued at a rate of 7.00%, and were denominated and payable in US dollars with a maturity of 36 months from the date of issue and settlement.
Banco Galicia, Banco Santander Argentina, Balanz Capital Valores, Banco Patagonia, Banco Comafi, Macro Securities, Invertir en Bolsa and Max Capital acted as underwriters.
Oiltanking stands out as one of the leading providers of hydrocarbon services in Argentina, including the receipt, storage and pumping of crude oil.
