TCA and Pagbam advise on Crucianelli issuance
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised Talleres Metalúrgicos Crucianelli and Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen, the arrangers and underwriters, in the issuance of the Series II Class 1 Notes and the Series II Class 3 Notes.
The Series II Class 1 Notes had a par value of $4,304,569,050, denominated and payable in pesos, bearing interest at a variable annual nominal interest rate equivalent to the BADLAR Rate plus a margin of 6.00%, maturing on September 10, 2026; and the Series II Class 3 Notes had a par value of US$2,486,953 denominated in US dollars and payable in pesos, bearing interest at a fixed annual nominal rate of 6.25%, maturing on September 10, 2026.
The Notes, issued on September 10, are guaranteed by Banco Supervielle, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Comafi and Banco Santander Argentina in their capacity as guarantee entities authorized by the National Securities Commission.
Banco Supervielle, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Comafi, and Banco Santander Argentina acted as arrangers and underwriters, and Tarallo acted as underwriter.
