TCA and PAGBAM in new issue of Compañía Inversora Industrial Notes

Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised Compañía Inversora Industrial, as issuer, as well as most of the arrangers and underwriters, while Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Artnsen advised Banco Santander Argentina as arranger, underwriter and guarantee entity, in the issuance of the CNV Class III Series II Guaranteed SME Negotiable Obligations for a par value of US$8,000,000.

The Notes were issued on 12 September at a cut-off price of 107.30% of par value and a fixed annual nominal rate of 2.00%, denominated in US dollars, subscribed, integrated and payable in pesos, maturing on 12 March 2026.

Banco Comafi, Banco Supervielle, Banco Itaú Argentina, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Macro Securities and Investment Managers acted as arrangers and underwriters advised by TCA.

The Notes are guaranteed by Banco Comafi, Banco Supervielle, Banco Santander Argentina, Banco Itaú Argentina, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires and Banco Macro as Guarantee Entities authorised by the National Securities Commission (CNV).

Compañía Inversora Industrial is a company of Argentine origin, whose main activity lies in the production of refined sugar, thus supplying the main food, beverage and confectionery industries in Argentina; as well as alcohol (suitable for consumption and for the production of biofuel) and electric energy from steam generation.
