TCA appoints two new partners
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has announced the appointment of Ignacio Criado Díaz and Ignacio González Zambón as new partners of the firm in the areas of Banking and Finance and Capital Markets Law, as well as Administrative Law and Environmental Law, respectively.
Criado Díaz (pictured left), who joined the firm in 2014, focuses on corporate finance and financial institutions. He is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina with postgraduate studies at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. He is a specialist in CNV regulation and securitization and structured finance transactions, and Professor of the Graduate Program of Banking Law and Corporate Finance at Universidad Austral. In the Project Finance industry he advised on more than twenty cross-border transactions in the Renewable Energy sector. His appointment will enhance the growing legal practice in capital markets and finance law.
Regarding the incorporation of Ignacio Gonzalez Zambón (pictured right), the firm strengthens the development of the Public Law Department led by Bernardo Cassagne. He is also a graduate of the Universidad Católica Argentina and is a specialist in Administrative Law and Economic Regulation and in Environmental Law from the same University. He teaches Elements of Administrative Law at the University of Buenos Aires and is the author of numerous publications on the subject in renowned newspapers and websites. He has advised numerous national and international companies in various highly regulated industries as well as public service concessionaires. He has advised national and international companies in administrative proceedings, public bids and procurements, administrative litigation and environmental litigation.
