TCA assists GST in acquisition of DEAL
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has assisted GST Grupo Financiero in the acquisition of a 100% stake in DEAL, an entity authorised by the National Securities Commission (CNV) to act as a Clearing and Settlement Agent (ALY) and Custody and Depository Agent (ACDI).
GST Grupo Financiero is a leading group in the Argentinean financial sector, specialised in investment solutions and financial advisory.
DEAL offers a wide range of financial services, including the trading of investment instruments such as stocks, bonds and mutual funds, as well as equity advisory and asset management.
Paula de la Serna acted as in-house counsel for GST Grupo Financiero.
The sellers were advised by Cibils Labougle Ibañez, with the participation of Joaquín Ibañez, Pamena Peralta Ramos and Dominique Freysselinard.
