TCA assists in issuance of Latin América Postal Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has assisted Latin América Postal, together with the arrangers and underwriters, in the second issuance of Series II Guaranteed SME CNV Negotiable Obligations for a nominal value of $200,000,000.
The SME Notes were issued on 4 August, denominated, integrated and payable in pesos, maturing on 4 August 2025 and bearing an annual floating nominal interest rate equivalent to the Badlar Rate plus a margin of 0.99%.
Banco Mariva, Banco Supervielle, Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires and Banco BBVA Argentina acted as arrangers and underwriters, as well as guarantors.
