TCA assists in new issue of Ricardo Venturino’s Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has assisted Ricardo Venturino, as issuer, and Banco Comafi, Banco Supervielle and Banco CMF, as arrangers and underwriters, in the issuance of the Series IV Class I and 2 Notes.
The Series IV Class I Notes had a par value of $1,404,801,771, were denominated and payable in pesos, and will accrue interest at a variable annual nominal interest rate equivalent to the BADLAR Rate plus a margin of 2.00%, maturing on August 27, 2025; the Series IV Class 2 Notes had a par value of USD $1,013,175, denominated in US dollars and payable in pesos, and will accrue interest at a fixed annual nominal rate of 5.00%, maturing on February 27, 2026.
The Notes were issued on August 27, and are guaranteed by Banco Comafi, Banco Supervielle and Banco CMF as Guarantee Entities authorized by the CNV.
Ricardo Venturino is an official dealer of John Deere Industries Argentina, whose main purpose is the wholesale of new John Deere brand agricultural machinery, the sale of used multi-brand machinery received in part payment of the new units sold, the sale of official John Deere spare parts and the sale of workshop services.
