TCA assists in Xeitosiño issuance of Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has assisted Xeitosiño, as issuer, and the underwriters, in the issuance of Class II Secured SME CNV Notes for a nominal value of US$ 3,000,000.
The Notes were issued on 28 June and denominated in US dollars, subscribed, integrated and payable in pesos, maturing on 28 June 2026.
Banco Comafi acted as arranger, underwriter and guarantor and Comafi Bursátil as underwriter. The Notes are guaranteed by Banco Comafi as Guarantee Entity authorised by the CNV.
Xeitosiño is a company of Argentine origin and is dedicated to the capture, processing and commercialisation of seafood products, mainly shrimp. The company sells its products both in the European and Asian markets and in the United States.
