TCA assists Rolcar in first issue of Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has assisted Rolcar, as issuer, Banco Supervielle and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires as arrangers, underwriters and guarantors and Zofingen Securities as underwriter, in the issuance of Series I Notes.
The Notes were denominated and payable in pesos, maturing on 17 October 2026, for a total amount of $2,000,000,000,000, issued at a variable rate determined by the Private BADLAR rate plus a cut-off margin of 6.49%.
Rolcar was founded in 2006 as an official Mercedes-Benz dealer in Tucumán, with coverage in Santiago del Estero, Catamarca, Salta and Jujuy. The station is now consolidated as one of the largest dealerships in Argentina in terms of its geographical coverage area, serving the entire NOA.
