TCA counsels Meranol on new issuance of Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has counselled Meranol, as issuer, in the issuance of the CNV Class 25 SME Notes, in pesos, maturing on July 13, 2025, for a total amount of $1,700,000,000.
The Notes were issued on 13 May at a variable rate composed of the Private BADLAR rate plus a 10% bid cut-off margin.
The Company has applied for the authorisation to trade the Notes on the Electronic Open Market.
StoneX Securities acted as arranger and underwriter; while Allaria, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires and Banco Supervielle acted as underwriters.
Meranol is a German chemical company based in Argentina, dedicated to the production and commercialisation of industrial chemical products.
