TCA counsels on issuance of Pareto 7 trust securities
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has counselled on the issuance of the new trust ‘PARETO Series 7’, under the Global Trust Securities Programme ‘PARETO’.
TMF Trust Company (Argentina) acted as trustee and issuer and Espacio Digital as trustee, in the issuance of trust debt securities under the Trust, for a face value of $2,559,385,091.
StoneX Securities participated as arranger and underwriter, Industrial Valores and Banco CMF participated as underwriters and First Corporate Finance Advisors participated as financial advisor to the Trust.
The purpose of the issue was to finance the Trustee through the assignment to the Trust of personal loans granted by the Trustee through its digital platform, being its instrumentation exclusively electronic.
The CNV authorised the Trust and the public offering of the trust debt securities on 12 November.
Espacio Digital is a Fintech that specialises in providing digital services to individuals, with a focus on the consumer finance business.
