TCA counsels on Tierra del Fuego’s issuance of Treasury Bills Series III
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has counselled in the issuance of Treasury Bills Series III Classes 1, 2 and 3 of the Province of Tierra del Fuego, maturing on August 26, 2022, September 30, 2022 and November 23, 2022, respectively, for a total amount of AR$2,579,500,000.
The issue, which took place on 3 August, was made under the Treasury Bills issuance programme for the year 2022, for an outstanding face value of up to seven billion or its equivalent in other currencies.
The Series III Treasury Bills were secured with funds from the Federal Tax Co-participation Regime.
Banco de Servicios y Transacciones and Puente Hnos acted as co-arrangers and co-placement agents; Banco Patagonia, Adcap Securities Argentina, Banco Comafi and Balanz Capital Valores acted as co-placement agents.
