TCA counsels on TSB’s first issue of Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has counselled Compañía TSB, as issuer, and Banco CMF, as arranger and underwriter, in the issuance of the Series I Secured SME CNV Negotiable Obligations for a nominal value of $1,900,000,000.
The Notes were issued on 12 April, denominated, integrated and payable in pesos, maturing on 12 April 2026 and bearing an annual nominal interest rate equivalent to the Badlar Rate plus a negative margin of -0.25%.
The Notes are guaranteed by Banco CMF in its capacity as Guarantee Entity authorised by the National Securities Commission (CNV).
TSB is an Argentine company engaged in the provision of oil services. It also provides environmental services, such as the treatment of contaminated soils, integrated waste management and the transport of hazardous waste.
