TCA counsels Peduzzi on first issue of Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has counselled Transporte Peduzzi, as issuer, and Macro Securities, as arranger and underwriter, in the issuance of the Series I Class I Notes for a par value of $2,000,000,000.
The Series I Class I Notes were issued on 4 December, were denominated and payable in Pesos, and will bear interest at an annual floating nominal interest rate equivalent to the BADLAR Rate plus a margin of 8.00%, maturing on 4 December 2026. In addition, the Notes are guaranteed by Banco Macro as a guarantee entity authorised by the National Securities Commission.
Transporte Peduzzi is a liquid and solid cargo company, highly specialised in the oil activity, based in the Neuquén basin. The company’s main activity is the safe and efficient transportation of crude oil and other hydrocarbon fluids, offering comprehensive technical support and tailored solutions. It also provides oil sludge suction services, solid cargo transportation, dry location waste management and specialised equipment rental.
