TCA counsels Radiadores Prats in first Notes issue
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has counselled Radiadores Prats as issuer, and Banco Supervielle as underwriter, in the first issue of the company’s Negotiable Obligations Series I for a nominal value of $200,000,000.
The Notes were issued on May 31st, denominated, integrated and payable in pesos, maturing on May 31st, 2025 and at a nominal annual variable interest rate equivalent to the Badlar Rate plus a margin of 3.00%.
The Notes are also guaranteed by Banco Supervielle in its capacity as guarantor.
Radiadores is a company engaged in the production of harvesters, agro-parts for agricultural machinery factories, and special products for the oil and gas sector. Most of its operations are carried out in two provinces of Argentina (Córdoba and Santa Fe).
