TCA helps Comafi in new issue of Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has helped Banco Comafi, as issuer, and Banco Comafi and Comafi Bursátil, as underwriters, in the issuance of the Class VII and VIII Notes.
The Class VII Notes were issued for a nominal amount of USD $18,222,000, denominated in US dollars and payable in cash in US dollars in the Republic of Argentina (Dollar MEP), maturing on 19 March 2025, and bearing interest at a fixed annual nominal rate of 2%.
The Class VIII Notes were issued for a nominal amount of USD $11,969,955, denominated in US dollars and payable in cash in US dollars in the Argentine Republic (Dollar MEP), maturing on 17 June 2025, and bearing interest at a fixed annual nominal rate of 4.5%.
Banco Comafi’s core business is to provide a wide range of general commercial banking services to various types of customers (individuals and micro, small, medium and large enterprises). Through its branch network and other remote channels, it receives demand, savings and time deposits, provides secured and unsecured loans, overdrafts, cheque discounting and trade finance facilities. On the other hand, Banco Comafi provides services to companies, such as salary payments, payments to suppliers and collections, and issues credit cards for individuals and companies, among others.
