TCA helps in two new issues of Tierra del Fuego
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has legally supported the issuance of Treasury Bills Series VIII and Treasury Bills Series IX Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 of the Province of Tierra del Fuego.
The Treasury Bills Series VIII, maturing on 29 October 2024, were issued on 1 December 2023 for a total amount of AR$3,577,784,436.
The Series IX Treasury Bills Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3, maturing on February 15, 2024, March 15, 2024 and April 15, 2024, respectively, were issued on December 6, 2023 for a total amount of AR$3,000,000,000.
Both issues were made under the framework of the Treasury Bills Issuance Programme for the year 2023, for an outstanding face value of up to AR$10,000,000,000,000 or its equivalent in other currencies.
In addition, both the Treasury Bills Series VIII and the Treasury Bills Series IX were guaranteed with funds from the Federal Tax Co-participation Regime.
In both issues, Banco Comafi acted as arranger and underwriter; while Puente Hnos, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco Patagonia, Adcap Securities Argentina, Macro Securities and Banco Supervielle acted as co-underwriters.
