TCA helps with two new issues of ADblick Granos
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised on the issuance of the second tranches of the closed-end mutual funds “ADBLICK GRANOS PLUS” and “ADBLICK GANADERÍA”.
In the issue of “ADBLICK GRANOS PLUS FONDO COMÚN DE INVERSIÓN CERRADO AGROPECUARIO”, whose Quota Shares were placed on July 27th, the firm advised Allaria Fondos Administrados Sociedad Gerente de Fondos Comunes de Inversión in its capacity as Managing Company, Banco Comafi as Depositary, ADblick Granos as Investment Advisor, Allaria as Arranger and Placement Agent, and ZOFINGEN SECURITIES and Allaria Agrofinanzas as Placement Agents.
In the issue of “ADBLICK GANADERÍA FONDO COMÚN DE INVERSIÓN CERRADO AGROPECUARIO”, whose shares were placed on July 14th for the amount of $100,938,529, the firm advised Supervielle Asset Management as Managing Company, Banco Comafi as Depositary, Adblick Granos as Investment Advisor and Zofingen Securities as underwriter.
The shares of both Funds have been authorised for listing on the Argentine Stock Exchanges and Markets.
