TCA in issue of Tierra del Fuego treasury bills Series II
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised on the issuance of Treasury Bills Series II Class 1 and Class 2 of the Province of Tierra del Fuego maturing on July 6, 2023 and August 4, 2023, respectively, for a total amount of AR$2,300,000,000,000 (the “Series II Treasury Bills”).
The issuance was made on 6 June under the Treasury Bills Issuance Programme for the year 2023, for an outstanding face value of up to AR$5,000,000,000,000 or its equivalent in other currencies.
The Treasury Bills Series II were guaranteed with funds from the Federal Tax Co-participation Regime.
Banco Comafi acted as arranger and underwriter in the issue. Puente Hnos, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco Patagonia, Adcap Securities Argentina, Macro Securities and Banco Supervielle acted as co-placement agents.
