TCA in new issue of Ruta 3 Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised Ruta 3 Automotores, as issuer, and the underwriters, in the issuance of the Class II Secured CNV SME Notes for a nominal amount of $300,000,000.
The SME Notes were issued on 11 September, maturing on 11 September 2025, denominated, integrated and payable in pesos, at an annual floating nominal interest rate equivalent to the Badlar Rate plus a margin of 2.1%.
Balanz Capital Valores acted as arranger and underwriter; while Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco Mariva and Banco Supervielle acted as underwriters. The SME Notes are guaranteed by Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco Mariva and Banco Supervielle in their capacity as Guarantee Entities authorised by the CNV.
Ruta 3 is a company with more than 50 years of experience in the market, fully dedicated to the sale of 0 km cars, used cars and Renault spare parts in Argentina.
