TCA in ZoomAgri’s $6m financing round
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised ZoomAgri on the structuring and execution of its USD 6,000,000 (Series A) financing round, led by Grains Innovation Investment Trust and GrainCorp Ventures Pty.
The investment achieved with this first closing ensures the recognition of the company by leading investors in the market, as well as the great potential of the platform. With this new achievement, ZoomAgri consolidates its position in the Food and AgTech sector and intends to continue the raise with a second closing.
ZoomAgri, a global AgTech company, works to digitise the testing, inspection and certification of global agricultural supply chains through image processing and artificial intelligence. They work on varietal recognition and quality analysis of grains and oilseeds. ZoomAgri’s technology analyses physical quality specifications in real time, reinventing the rules of the game from producer to consumer.
