TCA on first issue of Ecosur Bahía Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised Ecosur Bahía, as issuer, and Cono Sur Inversiones, as arranger and underwriter, in the issuance of series I Notes.
The Notes were denominated and payable in pesos, maturing on 20 June 2026, for a total amount of $400,000,000, issued at a variable interest rate determined by the Private BADLAR rate plus a 7% cut-off margin.
The Notes are guaranteed by Promover S.G.R and Potenciar S.G.R as Guarantee Entities authorized by the National Securities Commission.
Ecosur Bahía is a construction company with Argentine capital. It started its activities in 1967 and has maintained an active presence in the construction market since then. It specialises in the construction of public and private works such as water aqueducts, sewage collectors, water and sewage distribution networks, conduits and pipes for rainwater drainage, elevated reinforced concrete drinking water tanks, water storage cisterns and complementary civil works, sewage and drinking water lifting stations, electromechanical works, gas networks, urban and suburban gas pipelines.
