TCA on issuance of Meranol Class 23 and 24 Notes

Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has provided legal advice to Meranol in the placement and issuance in the local market of Class 23 and 24 Negotiable Obligations.

The CNV Class 23 SME Notes were issued in pesos, maturing on July 23, 2024, for a total amount of $ 113,499,890, at a variable rate composed by the Private BADLAR rate plus a 10% bid cut-off margin; while the CNV Class 24 SME Notes were issued in US dollars and payable in pesos, maturing on May 23, 2025, for a total amount of US$ 4,802,659, at a fixed annual nominal interest rate of 3%.

The Class 23 and 24 Notes were issued on 23 May. The Company has applied for authorization to trade the Notes on the Electronic Open Market.

StoneX Securities acted as arranger and underwriter, while Allaria, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires and Max Capital also acted as underwriters.
