TCA on the issuance of Los Valientes Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has advised Los Valientes, as issuer, and the underwriters and guarantors in the issuance of the Series I Notes.
The Notes were denominated and payable in pesos, maturing on June 11, 2026, for a total amount of $635,000,000, issued at a floating rate composed of the Private BADLAR rate plus a 10.00% haircut margin.
Max Capital acted as arranger and underwriter; Allaria as underwriter; and Aval AR, Neuquén Pymes, Móvil, Argenpymes, Cuyo Aval and Promover acted as guarantors.
Los Valientes is a company dedicated to the provision of first-class tourism, accommodation and gastronomic services in the province of Mendoza, Argentina, through Casa Vigil, Maipú and Casa Vigil Palmares, among others.
