TCA on update of ALZ Semillas Note issuance programme
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has acted as deal counsel in the increase of the amount and the update of the Global Programme for the issuance of Simple Negotiable Obligations under the SME Regime for an aggregate principal amount of up to USD $19,500,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies) outstanding at any time of ALZ Semillas.
The firm also advised the company in the framework of the issuance of the Series VII Notes under the new Programme, for a nominal value of USD $10,000,000, at a cut-off price of 103.51% of the nominal value and at a rate of 2.00%, Dollar-Linked and maturing on September 29, 2025.
Banco Supervielle and Banco Itaú Argentina acted as arrangers and underwriters; while Macro Securities, Banco CMF, Allaria and SBS Trading acted as underwriters.
ALZ Semillas is a company dedicated to the development of a portfolio of products with genetic aggregates recognised by leading companies, to the sale of products through a network of distributors and to the technical positioning of the product throughout the country. The main sales product is hybrid maize seeds.
