TCA represents Diego Zamora e Hijo in its first issue
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has represented Diego Zamora e Hijo, as issuer, and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires as arranger and placement agent in the issuance of the Series I Class II Guaranteed Negotiable Obligations.
The issue was made on 23 May for a par value of US $1,000,000, at a cut-off price of 115.83% of par value and a rate of 1%, denominated in US dollars, subscribed, integrated and payable in pesos, maturing on 23 May 2026.
The Series I Class II Notes are guaranteed by Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires as a guarantee entity authorised by the CNV.
Diego Zamora e Hijo is a company engaged in the production and export of fresh lemons, limes and avocados. Its operation is located in the Province of Tucumán, Argentina. From there, it develops a vertical and integrated business model from field production, packing and marketing of lemons.
