TCA represents Meranol in issuance of notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has represented Meranol in the issuance of the Additional Class 16 Notes under the Company’s Programme for up to $1,500,000,000 Argentine pesos.
The Notes were successfully placed on 16 May 2022, for an amount of US$767,590, and were issued at a fixed annual nominal rate of 6% and mature on 10 June 2023.
In addition, Meranol has applied for authorization to trade the Bonds on the Argentine Stock Exchanges and Markets and on the Electronic Open Market.
StoneX Securities and Allaria Ledesma & Cía. acted as placement agents for the issue.
Meranol is a German chemical company based in Argentina, engaged in the production and marketing of industrial chemicals.
