TCA represents Meranol in new issue of Notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has represented Meranol, as issuer, in the placement and issuance in the local market of Class 27, 28 and 29 Notes.
The CNV Class 27 SME Notes were issued in pesos, maturing on September 18, 2025, for a total amount of $1,719,410,758, at a variable rate composed by the Private BADLAR rate plus a 9% bid cut-off margin; the CNV Class 28 SME Notes, in US dollars maturing on March 18, 2025, for a total amount of US$1. 729,520, at an applicable fixed rate of 8.50%; and the Class 29 CNV SME Notes, in US dollars maturing on 18 September 2026, for a total amount of US$118,000, at an applicable fixed rate of 9.50%.
The issue date of the Notes was 18 September. StoneX Securities acted as arranger and underwriter; while Allaria, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Provincia Bursátil, Banco de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires and Banco Supervielle acted as underwriters.
The Company has traded the Notes on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico.
