Terciotti Andrade Gomes Donato Advogados announced the arrival of Laercio Pellegrino Filho (pictured) who works in the Corporate area, with emphasis on Mergers and Acquisitions involving both closed and open companies.
The new partner of the law firm Terciotti Andrade Gomes Donato Advogados arrived with his team formed by lawyers Wagner Barros and Raquel Barbosa.
Laercio has experience in the reorganization of recently privatized utilities, especially mobile telephony, electricity and gas distribution, and in high-profile infrastructure projects.
Laercio has gained extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and also works in the Real Estate sector by drafting shareholders’ agreements and other documents related to joint ventures in the Real Estate sector.
The new partner has worked in law firms such as Villemor Amaral, Monsen Leonardos & Cia., Veirano, Campos Mello, and most recently Simões & Pellegrino.
Laercio graduated from the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), Rio de Janeiro, has a Masters in Law (LL.M.) – Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, and an MBA in Finance – Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC).
