Themudo Lessa and Pinheiro Guimarães advise on Ascenty issues
Themudo Lessa and Pinheiro Guimarães advised on the ninth and tenth issuance and public offering of non-convertible secured debentures by Ascenty Data Centers.
The value of the ninth issue was R$283 million, coordinated by Banco Bradesco. The tenth issue was worth R$282.7 million, coordinated by Itaú BBA.
