Three firms advise on beauty retail merger
Mattos Filho advised the private equity fund L.Catterton on the business combination between Mundo do Cabeleireiro, which was advised by Coelho e Dalle and Bel Cosméticos, which was advised by Vella Pugliese Buosi e Guidoni Advogados, Dentons’ strategic alliance in Brazil.
The transaction involves the acquisition of shares issued by both companies and the merger, by L.Catterton’s investment vehicle, of the shares issued by Mundo do Cabelereiro and Bel Cosméticos held by the founding partners of such companies, who will remain in the business.
