Three firms advise on the acquisition Hypnobox by Senior Sistemas
BVZ Advogados and Neder e Romano Advogados advised Hypnobox Consutoria e Licenciamento de Sistemas Online on its sale to Senior Sistemas, one of the largest manufacturers of management software in Brazil, which was advised by SST Advogados.
The acquisition includes a variable portion of the purchase price to be paid in 2026 and 2027, depending on the performance of the business.
Hypnobox, with over 14 years on the market, offers a lead management platform for construction companies and developers, transacting around 150 properties per day and managing a portfolio of approximately R$40 billion in PSV per year.
