Three firms advise on the implementation of AENA’s 11 airports
Toledo Marchetti Advogados assisted AENA in the negotiations of 4 EPC contracts for the implementation of 11 airports, in the states of SP/MG/MS/PA, including Congonhas Airport, with an estimated CAPEX of approximately R$ 4,5 billion.
The EPC contracts were executed with the following Contractors: HTB Engenharia (SP-Congonhas); Matec (MG); Construcap / Copasa (MS); Power China / Nova Engevix (PA).
