Three firms advises on investment round of NG Cash

Veirano Advogados and Gunderson Dettmer advised NG Cash; Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados advised Monashees on the series A investment round of NG Cash in an amount of BRL 65 million led by Monashees and followed by a16z, 17Sigma, Tekon and The Generalist.

Veirano Advogados was Brazilian counsel to NG Cash and relied on partner Guilherme Ohanian Monteiro (pictured left) and associate Pamela Gerenutti de Campos Pinheiro.
