TM Associados reinforces Litigation, Tax, Civil and Family areas with the arrival of Maura Varella and Raphael Piza

TM Associados has announced two new partners for the Litigation, Tax, Civil and Family areas. They are Maura Varella (pictured left) and Raphael Piza (pictured right).

Maura Varella is graduated in Law, with emphasis in Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law, from the Law School of the University of Vale do Paraíba, specialized in Civil and Family Law from the Law School of the University of São Paulo, and is post-graduating in Corporate Law from the Brazilian Law School/OAB. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Clube Jundiaiense and of the Business Law Commission of OAB-Jundiaí.

Raphael Piza Bachelor’s degree in economics from Ibmec-SP (currently Insper), Master’s degree in Accounting and Actuarial Sciences from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), and lawyer from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. He has ten years of experience in the Tax area, including work at large law firms.
