Tobar ZVS appoints new Labour director
Ecuadorian law firm Tobar ZVS has appointed Marta Villagómez (pictured) as a new director to head the Labour Law department.

Marta is a specialist in labour and social security law, focusing on advising and representing clients in administrative and judicial proceedings. She has conducted proceedings before the Ministry of Labour and advises clients on the scope of Ecuadorian labour law. She has extensive experience in due diligence processes, analysis of the labour consequences of mergers and acquisitions, and the development of labour risk mitigation strategies and compliance plans. She holds a law degree from Universidad de las Américas, and prior to joining the firm she worked as a senior associate at CorralRosales.
