Toledo Marchetti advise Vibra Energia on its issue of debentures
Toledo Marchetti advised Vibra Energia (VBBR3) on its ninth issue of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, for a total amount of R$ 1 billion.
The debentures will mature in 98 months and will bear interest pegged to 100% of the average daily DI rates, plus a surcharge of 0.12% per year.
The funds raised will be used exclusively to finance the São João Paracatu Project and the Cycle 2 Distributed Generation Projects – Mori Newco IV and V. In addition, the amounts may be used to pay expenses, expenditures or debts, as well as to reimburse costs related to these purposes incurred in the last 24 months prior to the closing of the offer.
