Toledo Marchetti advise Auren on renewable energy project in Brazil

Toledo Marchetti Advogados assisted Auren Energia that began, in January 2024, energizing the Sol de Jaíba Complex in the state of Minas Gerais, one of the largest photovoltaic energy generation plants in Brazil.

The implementation of the project, with a planned investment of R$ 2.0 billion, will add 626 MWp | 500 Mwac to Auren’s installed capacity, with potential gains in scale and synergy in energy operation and sales, reaffirming the company’s growth strategy, which aims for continuous value generation through the creation of a leading renewable energy platform in Brazil.
