TozziniFreire act as deal counsel in the Canal’s CRI issue

TozziniFreire advised Canal, RTDR (holding company of the Embraed Group), Genial Investimentos and Banco Genial as deal counsel, in the public offering of real estate receivables certificates of the Canal’s 43th issuance, in two series, in the total amount of BRL 100 million, pursant to CVM 160.

The offering had a real guarantee, constituted by means of fiduciary assignment of credit rights; fiduciary alienation of real estate; and surety.

The funds raised by the offering will be used to the construction and renovation of real estate projects owned by the Embraed Group in the city of Balneário Camboriú, Santa Catarina.
